Fees Awarded for Misconduct in Patent Case

O2 Micro International Ltd. must pay $339,000 in costs and as much as $13.5 million in attorney's fees for litigation misconduct in a patent case aginst San Jose-based Monolithic Power Systems and ASUSTeK Computer Inc., a judge has ruled.
