Corporations Don't Have Personal Privacy

Corporations can't block access to reports filed with the government based on the right of personal privacy, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously Tuesday.

WASHINGTON - Corporations do not have a right of personal privacy that would block disclosure of information given to the government and requested by a third party under the Freedom of Information Act, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously Tuesday.
