Class Action Involving Uniforms Settled

An Alameda County Superior Court judge has given preliminary approval to a $13.5 million settlement in favor of Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream employees who sued after not getting paid for time spent putting on uniforms.

Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc. has agreed to pay $13.5 million to settle claims by its factory workers that they should have been paid for time spent putting on and taking off protective gear.
