TownePlace Suites in Vista sold for $15 million

Built in 2010, the hotel has an average annual occupancy of 79.8 percent. It features conference facilities, a laundry room, a pool and a shuttle service.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott, a 94-room hotel on 1.77 acres at 2201 Melrose Drive in Vista, has been sold for $15 million, according to The CoStar Group.

The buyer was MG Hospitality Vista LLC, an entity of Marwaha Group of Corona.

The seller was T Mack Rose LLC, with Terry Lanthrum as principal.

Steve Usher of Titan Hospitality handled the transaction for both the buyer and the seller.
