Gemini Rosemont purchases Little Italy office tower

The 610 West Ash Building in downtown San Diego, once home to the John Burnham & Co. commercial brokerage firm, has been sold.

The 610 West Ash Building in downtown San Diego, once home to the John Burnham & Co. commercial brokerage firm, has been sold. The CoStar Group reported the sale price was $55 million.

The buyer of the office building with 177,489 square feet of rentable space is Albuquerque-based Gemini Rosemont, LLC, in conjunction with Central Properties of Washington, D.C.

The seller was a unit of The Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX).
