L.A. Settles Lawsuit By Injured Journalists

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles City Council has finalized a settlement between the city and seven journalists who were assaulted by Los Angeles police officers while covering protests at the 2000 Democratic National Convention, lawyers for the journalists announced Thursday.
