Bankruptcy Is No Refuge for Rape Defendant

LOS ANGELES - John Gordon Jones, the Los Angeles computer executive who beat sexual assault charges in the so-called "limousine rapist" case, cannot file for bankruptcy to avoid paying a $5.2 million civil judgment to one of his accusers, a bankruptcy judge said Wednesday.
