Desert Storm Redux

Shafiroff - The U.S. Congress has voted overwhelmingly to authorize President Bush to use military force, unilaterally if necessary, to disarm Iraq and force it to comply with a number of U.N. resolutions. Nonetheless, many Americans - lawyers and law students included - are not convinced that the president has made a compelling case to justify such action at this time. In light of the known facts, however, such a position is naïve.
