BY ALAN NADITZ CREJ Staff Writer Whoever first said, "Everything old is new again" could tip a hat to the Santana Row project. On the surface, this $500 million development in downtown San Jose looks like it's going to be just another modern-day retail marvel with nearly four dozen stores thus far, a dozen restaurants and cafes, public parks, plazas and courtyards and a 1,500-foot-long Mediterranean-style main street.
