Libel Suit Upheld Over CNN Retraction of Vietnam Story

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal appeals court Wednesday reinstated a portion of the defamation claim against Cable News Network over stories by CNN and Time magazine that inaccurately accused the U.S. military of using sarin nerve gas in Laos in 1970.
