Pilot Program Will Target Criminal Noncitizens

LOS ANGELES - Catching and prosecuting criminal noncitizens will get easier soon, with the launching this month of an interagency pilot program aimed at identifying, prosecuting and deporting serious, repeat offenders, authorities announced Thursday.
