Legal Trump

The Federal Arbitration Act applies to contracts "evidencing a transaction involving commerce." 9 U.S.C. Section 2. That section also provides that arbitration provisions shall be enforced "save upon such grounds as exist at law or in equity for the revocation of any contract."
