Uncivil Counsel

Left to their own devices, lawyers sometimes do some pretty mean things to each other.

        Judges hate having their time taken up with fights among counsel. That only makes sense - after all, they're not fond of fights among parties (i.e., litigation), so how else would they react when we can't get along with our opposing counsel? When lawyers fight, they don't control their clients and litigation becomes an impossible mess for the parties...
