Plotting Over Pot

In election day votes that were not close, nearly 60 percent of Mendocino County voters supported Measure G, a proposition that decriminalizes personal use of marijuana, allowing cultivation without penalty of up to 25 cannabis plants. And voters across the state marked their ballots in favor of Proposition 36, an initiative that prohibits incarceration in favor of probation and treatment for some minor drug offenders.
