Child Labor Caper

The issue that has been left out of this election is the abysmal failure of our child-labor laws. A society can face no more serious indictment than letting its children be exploited and conscripted into a life of poverty. Sixty years after Congress outlawed child labor in its most onerous forms, underage children still toil in fields and factories across America.
