Without Consent

In one of the latest examples of the National Labor Relations Board's willingness to overturn established precedent, the board held in M.B. Sturgis Inc., 331 N.L.R.B. No. 173 (2000), that temporary workers can be included in the same bargaining unit as an employer's regular employees, without both the supplier employer's and the user employer's consent.
