Aspyrian Therapeutics moves into Coast 9 in Sorrento Valley

Ted Jacobs of Cushman & Wakefield's San Diego office represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Rancho Bernardo-based BioMed Realty, now a subsidiary of Blackstone Group (NYSE: BGX), represented itself.

Aspyrian Therapeutics, a privately funded clinical stage biotech, moved into 20,074 square feet in Sorrento Valley, Cushman & Wakefield announced Tuesday.

The company's new headquarters are in Coast 9, a nine-building Class A life sciences campus owned by BioMed Realty.

Ted Jacobs of Cushman & Wakefield's San Diego office represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
