State Bar judge recommends SF attorney be disbarred

Malcolm Wittenberg does not recognize the seriousness of his errors, a State Bar judge concluded.

The State Bar Court of California is recommending disbarment for patent and trademark lawyer Malcolm Wittenberg, who practiced before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for more than six years after agreeing not to do so following an insider trading conviction.
