Robbins Geller attorney resigns after reproval

Following a July 24 reproval from U.S. District Judge Justin L. Quackenbush in Washington, Joy A. Bull resigned from Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd last week. The judge also sanctioned John K. Grant, who remains at the firm.

A Spokane, Wash.-based federal judge has publicly reprimanded two partners from San Diego plaintiffs' firm Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, leading one to resign earlier this week.


On July 24, two months after alerting Robbins Geller of his intention to issue sanctions, U.S. District Judge Justin L. Quackenbush issued an order of reproval of Joy A. Bull and an admonition to John K. Grant. ...
