HP replaces Morgan Lewis on Autonomy cases

Hewlett-Packard Co. replaced Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP with Morrison & Foerster LLP as its counsel Thursday on a series of putative class actions relating to the company's acquisition of data software company Autonomy.

Hewlett-Packard Co. officially switched its counsel Thursday on a series of putative class actions and other suits relating to the company's acquisition of Autonomy Corp. plc, an analytics software company that helps businesses and other organizations mine their data.
