SAN FRANCISCO - San Francisco's public defender took another jab at the district attorney Monday, accusing her office of refusing to disclose the tattered record of a police officer who may testify in an upcoming trial, in violation of a court order.
The District Attorney's Office waved off the accusations as a publicity stunt.
