Judge Denies $8,000 Over Bathroom Mirror ADA Suit
By Cortney Fielding Daily Journal Staff Writer LOS ANGELES - Attorneys defending the Pollo Campero restaurant against a lawsuit claiming its bathroom mirrors were too high for disabled customers didn't realize what they were up against until last May, when plaintiffs' attorney Morse Mehrban asked to use the toilet during a deposition at the parent company's headquarters.
