Health Care Lawyers Turn to Creative Billing

With the economic crisis putting serious pressure on the health care industry, lawyers are finding that their health care clients are cutting back on the use of outside counsel to deal with regulatory actions and general compliance work. To cut health care facilities some slack and maintain good relations for future work, lawyers are turning to alternative billing arrangements.
