Hanson Bridgett Woos Talent Without Offering Top Dollar

Andrew Giacomini, top partner at Hanson Bridgett in San Francisco, said his firm competes for "the best lawyers we can get," but has opted not to go dollar-for-dollar on salaries. The firm is trying to lure top talent by offering fewer work hours and a better bonus structure.
