Some City Officials Question Feds LAPD Reform Package

The Los Angeles Police Department will be required to document searches, as well as vehicle and pedestrian stops, make major upgrades to its computer system for tracking officer behavior and post internal audits on the Internet if the city agrees to a reform package advanced by the federal government.
