Judge: Preserve Record of Wreckage Testing

SAN FRANCISCO - Breaking new ground on the preservation of aviation accident evidence, a federal judge has ordered air safety investigators and aircraft manufacturers to preserve photos, videotape and physical evidence of testing on wreckage from the crash of Alaska Airlines Flight 261.
