Court Rules Iranian Businessman Is Eligible for Asylum in the United States

An Iranian businessman who braved the fury of the ayatollahs by distributing Salman Rushdie's banned novel "The Satanic Verses" in Teheran is eligible for asylum in America, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled.
