People are feeling more confident about the commercial real estate industry than they were a year ago, according to a PricewaterhouseCoopers executive who visited San Diego Tuesday.
Andrew Warren, director of real estate for PwC, discussed the state of the industry at an Urban Land Institute San Diego/Tijuana chapter breakfast, predicting a "kinder, gentler real estate cycle" because of lessons learned from the recession.
