Civico 1845, Michelin chefs partner for tasting event Wednesday

Antonio and Luca Abbruzzino will travel to San Diego Wednesday and work with Civico 1845 chefs Alfonso Pisacane and Pietro Gallo to create new dishes that highlight southern Italian flavors.

Civico 1845, a Little Italy eatery that serves classic Italian and vegan offerings, has formed a collaboration with two Michelin-rated Italian chefs, father and son Antonio and Luca Abbruzzino, to highlight dishes featuring ingredients from southern Italy.

The Abbruzzinos will travel to San Diego and work with Civico 1845 chefs Alfonso Pisacane and Pietro Gallo to create new dishes that highlight southern Italian flavors.
