Federal Trade Commission sues AT&T for slowing customers' Internet speed

A government agency sued AT&T Mobility LLC Tuesday claiming the company tricked consumers into believing they had unlimited data plans on their smartphones while actually slowing people's Internet speed once they use too much data.
