Marijuana classification as controlled substance gets a rare hearing

In a situation with little precedent, a federal judge is allowing defense attorneys a chance to present evidence that the classification of marijuana as a Schedule 1 substance - the same as heroin, ecstasy and LSD - is unconstitutional.

Marijuana will finally get its day in court next week. Three days, actually.
