'Revenge porn' law is flawed, but suit goes too far

The ACLU of Arizona recently filed suit over a newly enacted revenge porn law, alleging it is unconstitutional. But many of the complaints are hyperbolic and disingenuous.

The ACLU Foundation of Arizona recently filed suit over Arizona's newly enacted "revenge porn" law, alleging that the law is unconstitutional (Antigone Books et al v. Horne). While Arizona's law has flaws, many of the ACLU's complaints about the law are hyperbolic and disingenuous.
