Milbank Sued for Negligence

Two investment firms are suing Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy for professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract for work performed by Milbank attorneys, including Los Angeles partner Edwin Feo, on the financing of a construction project in Nebraska.
