Retired Navy captain to give keynote at Asian Heritage Awards

The event commemorates the single largest refugee exodus to the United States – 1.5 million Vietnamese, many of whom became doctors, entrepreneurs, scientists, government and military leaders and Hollywood film makers.

Retired Navy Capt. Paul Jacobs will give the keynote address at the 14th Annual Asian Heritage Awards, celebrating Vietnamese achievement April 23 at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice on the University of San Diego campus.
