Class certification in anti-poaching case denied, for now

A federal judge denied, for now, class certification for former employees at Silicon Valley technology behemoths but gave the plaintiffs a chance to amend their complaint.

A federal judge denied, for now, class certification for former employees at Silicon Valley technology behemoths such as Apple Inc., Google Inc. and Intel Inc. who complain anti-poaching agreements between their companies from 2005 to 2009 kept down their pay.
