Immunity Case Settles

There will be no U.S. Supreme Court ruling in a major prosecutorial immunity case after the parties settled, the court clerk announced Monday.

WASHINGTON - There will be no U.S. Supreme Court ruling in a major prosecutorial immunity case after the parties settled, the court clerk announced Monday.
