Tort Reform 'Savings' Ring Hollow

President Barack Obama's critics say that he is engineering a government takeover of health care or trying to bring "socialized medicine" to America. These allegations are simply false. Opponents of change in the nation's medical care are making an issue of "tort reform" as a means to lower the costs of medical services to Americans.
