A divided San Francisco-based appellate court Monday sided with a judge who revoked a defendant's medical marijuana card as a condition of probation - for a crime that wasn't drug-related.
In a dissent, Justice J. Anthony Kline condemned the probation order as unlawful and described the majority's ruling as "precedent shattering."
