Oceanside's Old Grove Marketplace sold for $23.3M

The property was previously owned by The Gerrity Group of Carlsbad and Seabreeze Properties of San Diego., and last sold for $19.55 million, according to the CoStar Group.

An 81,279-square-foot portion of the Old Grove Marketplace in Oceanside sold for $23.25 million.

The buyer is a unit of Oak Brook, Ill.-based InvenTrust Properties, a real estate investment trust.

The property was previously owned by The Gerrity Group of Carlsbad and Seabreeze Properties of San Diego., and last sold for $19.55 million, according to the CoStar Group.
