Man Enters Plea In Vandalism Case

An 18-year-old man pleaded no contest Wednesday to felony vandalism committed during the Democratic National Convention in August.

        An 18-year-old man pleaded no contest Wednesday to felony vandalism committed during the Democratic National Convention in August.
        In addition to the vandalism charge, Daniel Katz Woutat faced a misdemeanor count of wearing a mask for an unlawful purpose. In an agreement with prosecutors, the misdemeanor count was dismissed when he entered his no-contest plea to the felony.
