LOS ANGELES - Still struggling to close a $79 million deficit for Fiscal 2010, the Los Angeles County Superior Court is poised to eliminate 14 family law courtrooms by 2012 and potentially shrink its support programs, threatening to push one of its most fragile arms beyond the brink of overload.
