Fewer graduates leads to increase in employment rate

The overall employment rate for the class of 2014 climbed to 86.7 percent from 84.5 percent for the preceding class, according to a new study by the National Association of Law Placement.

The percentage of new law school graduates to land jobs across the country grew slightly
this year for the first time since the recession began in 2007.


The big reason for the uptick, however, was not an increase in jobs landed, but rather
