Boy should not be sent to his mother in Honduras, appeal court rules

The 1st District Court of Appeal has ruled that a San Francisco state judge abused discretion when she ordered a juvenile criminal defendant to be transferred to his mother in his native Honduras.

The 1st District Court of Appeal has ruled that a San Francisco trial judge abused
her discretion when she ordered a juvenile criminal defendant to be transferred to
his mother in his native Honduras even though she found the defendant's interest would
