Judge allows case challenging Prop. 65 lead standard to proceed

Attorneys bringing private enforcement actions under the state's toxics warning law hope the lawsuit will force the state to revise its long standing rule exempting products with low lead levels from having to carry a warning label.

Proposition 65, an Alameda County judge will allow a lawsuit to go forward that alleges
