Another Suit Filed in Mauling Case
SAN FRANCISCO - In a move that ensures Marjorie Knoller and Robert Noel will eventually appear in civil court to face liability claims in the death of Diane Whipple, Whipple's mother filed a wrongful death action Tuesday claiming that the two lawyers, and Rudolph Koppl, landlord of the Pacific Street apartment building where they lived, were willfully negligent in failing to prevent the fatal mauling.
