Firms Hope They Have Key to Retaining Talent
Two Los Angeles-origin law firms and an investment firm are sponsoring an on-site daycare. Nicole Grannis Adrien, of Oaktree Capital Management, from left to right, Catalina Vergara, counsel at O’Melveny & Myers, and Kate K. Anderson, an associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson with her twin girls Darby, front, and Emeline say they plan to use the daycare, which is believed to be the first of its kind for a law firm on the West Coast.
