SAN FRANCISCO-A slew of new chemicals could soon fall under the oversight of California's toxics warning law after an Alameda County Superior Court ruled last week that chemicals identified as possible dangers to workers under labor codes must also be listed under the far-reaching toxics warning law, known as Proposition 65.
