When it comes to illegal immigration, even terminology is cause for debate. And the justices on the state Supreme Court are also divided.


In an unusual concurring opinion to the court's blockbuster ruling last week allowing Sergio Garcia to practice law, one justice took issue with how to refer to him. Garcia moved to the United States as a child and has lived without legal status ever since.
