Labor Board backs down on workplace rights poster rule

The National Labor Relations Board said it will no longer fight courts' decisions to overturn its requirement that workplaces post notices on workers' rights.

The National Labor Relations Board announced Monday it would not appeal two U.S. Court of Appeals decisions overturning a workplace rule that was a cornerstone of the Board's efforts to inform nonunionized workers of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.
