One doesn't often associate doughnuts and healthy eating, but Jennifer Wiegley, an attorney at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, said her gluten-free strawberry doughnuts are "delicious," and "you'd never guess" they lack the protein. She said the doughnuts are an adaptation of a recipe from BabyCakes NYC, a bakery offering organic and all-natural goods.
